Congratulations to Renorigin Innovation Institute for being awarded the highest honor in the Cosmetic Products category for its PHARMANO® series at Monde Selection 2021, allowing Taiwan's scalp revitalization and anti-aging technology a chance to shine on the international stage. Patented ingredients to restore the health of the scalp
The key ingredient of the PHARMANO series, Hairlycin®, was developed using cellular and molecular biotechnology to penetrate deep into the core of hair roots and activate them. It balances sebum secretion, strengthens hair roots, and revitalizes hair with precision. The anti-aging ingredient has not only been patented in Taiwan, China and the United States, but has also had papers about it published in medical journals.

In 1961, Monde Selection, The International Quality Institute was founded as an independent, international organization in Brussels, Belgium by the European Community (predecessor of the European Union) and the Belgian Ministry of Economy and Trade. Analyses of products are conducted in laboratories approved by officials to ensure accuracy and precision based on scientific methods. The jury is made up of more than 80 experts, which include biochemical engineers, experts on cosmetic products, and university lecturers. Over the years, it has earned the trust of various sectors through its professional evaluations, making Monde Selection a highly credible, world-class quality assessment organization that provides a basis for consumers to make their choices with confidence.

Rigorously, evaluated, quality products compete with one another In 2021, Monde Selection welcomed its 60th anniversary. Despite the global impact of COVID-19, more than 1,000 companies from nearly 100 countries with 3,250 products participated in this year's event, showing that many manufacturers and companies around the world still have confidence in the quality of their products. This year’s jury evaluated products in five categories, including
- Cosmetic products
- Food products
- Beers, waters, and soft drinks
- Spirits and liqueurs
- Diet and health products

Experts are tasked with reviewing the manufacturer's list of product content to see if it is accurate, and if the active ingredients meet the manufacturer's claims about the efficacy of the product. In addition, the product's ingredients list, claims, amount of active ingredients, instructions for use, conditions of use, and the presence of side effects were also evaluated. The final results are then calculated based on more than 20 indices and the average score given by the judges.
